Depending on volume, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). You will receive a confirmation via email when the package is out the door.

In an effort to simplify shipping, we have included a portion of our costs in the price of every item you purchase during our beta period.

Also, due to limited available quantities, and our desire to make sure everyone gets an opportunity to purchase some items, we have instituted shipping surcharges on large orders.

Here's what that means for you:


  • For 2lbs or less (about 5 items max), there is no additional shipping charge for orders to an address in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
  • For 2lb -4lbs (about 4-8 items), there is a $10 surcharge
  • Orders over 5lbs have a $25 surcharge and may require an additional 3-5 business days for processing.


  • For 2lbs or less (about 5 items max), there is a base shipping charge of $10. We think this will cover the majority of orders.
  • For 2lb -4lbs (about 4-8 items), there is a $25 surcharge.
  • Orders over 4lbs have a $50 surcharge and may require an additional 3-5 business days for processing.


New York and California residents will be charged sales tax.

International customers are responsible for any local import duties, customs and brokerage fees or taxes that may be due on your order based on your country's rules. We will not be able to offer compensation or refunds for orders that are not deliverable because the recipient elected not to pay the customs fees on their order.

We reserve the right to refuse overly larger orders at our sole discretion. 


If you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, we will gladly process an exchange or return based on the following conditions:

  • Please send all returns in original, unused condition (unworn and unwashed, unused and in re-sellable condition).
  • Returns will only be processed upon receipt and assessment of the original item.
  • In most cases, we will exchange the item for another comparable item of your choice. 
  • In cases where an exchange is impossible, we will issue a refund for the purchase price.  
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if you received a faulty product or if we shipped you the wrong item.

To process a return, please send an email to with the following information and we will reply with instructions on how to ship your item back to us.

  • Order number
  • Name and address
  • Products being returned
  • Reason for return
  • What you would like to do (refund or exchange)

Processing of returns will take between 3-5 business days.
